 Gender Equality for Good Governance Sierra Leone is a Non- Government organization that is advocating Women's Political Participation and Leadership, Gender-responsive Policy and Legislation, Economic Empowerment and Inclusion, Gender-based Violence Prevention and Response, Gender and Climate Change and Health and Well-being. Which aims in ensuring equal participation and accountability of both sexes in any developmental programs of the country, without being discriminated against accessing those privileges and opportunities? The organization believes to enhance equal participation of both males and females since it helps in the promotion of good governance in society. It also aims to promote and respect human dignity and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of fundamental human rights.
